How We Make Decisions

The Council's decision making process is recorded through published agendas and minutes. Information may be excluded which is properly regarded as private to the meetings. Reports, consultation papers, and planning matters presented to council for consideration are included within the minutes from the meetings.

Details of Future Meetings

Unless otherwise shown all meetings are held in Clifton Village Hall, starting at 7.00pm

There will be a 15 minute Open Forum before the Parish Council Meeting begins, for parishioners to discuss matters of concern. Alternatively please speak to the Chairman or email the Parish Council.

Members of the public will not be allowed to speak on items of Council Formal Business unless invited to do so by the Chair.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The council may at any time receive further guidance and instruction from the National Association of Local Council's (NALC), who are engaged with the Government in planning their response to the latest situation. This could have an impact on scheduled meetings and arrangements, in which case the website will be updated accordingly.
